Sometimes an exit strategy is dictated by an agreement between the business owners
(Buy/Sell Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Put/Call Options), other times it may mean a
sale of the business to another party, a listing on the Australian Stock Exchanges Limited
(ASX) or a winding up/liquidation.
