Before any work is undertaken by a member of staff on a file, the client must have signed an Engagement Agreement.

Some clients may want to review our Engagement Agreeemnt before signing it. In those instances please use the Interim Costs Agreeemnt so that costs associated with our initial meeting with the client are covered.

Costs contemplated by our Engagement Agreeemnt include:

  • Preparation of financial statements;
  • Preparation of income tax return(s);
  • Tax planning;
  • BAS / GST;
  • Fringe Benefits Tax matters;
  • General Interest Charge (GIC) submissions;
  • Corporate Services Advice;
  • Bookkeeping Services;
  • Company Secretarial Services;
  • Nominee Director Services;
  • Liaising with ATO and ASIC;
  • Providing a Registered Office;
  • Review and analysis of management accounts;
  • Compliance matters ATO and ASIC.
