Superannuation law is a constantly changing, complex area. The Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act and Regulations are constantly being amended and so it may be time to completely makeover an existing Superannuation Deed, to bring it up to the current law - including the ability to borrow (sections 67A and 67B of SIS), the new Transfer Balance Cap of $1.6m, non concessional contributions of $100,000 to mention a few.
This Deed of Variation does exactly that - it transforms your old Deed by updating what needs to be inserted as a result of changes to the law since the Fund was established, while retaining those benefits that were previously available.
All relevant minutes accompany the Deed when it is returned to the client.
