Discretionary Trust - variation that allows for the appointment of any of the Trustee, Appointor (and Guardian if relevant) upon the death of the sole Trustee, Appointor and Guardian.
This document does not allow the appointment of more than 1 Trustee, Appointor or Guardian. This can be achieved by another template can be used once this document has been signed.
This document does not allow for the appointment of a corporate trustee, simply an individual trustee in place of the deceased. If a corporate trustee is required, then another template can be used once this document has been signed.
