Deed of Acknowledgement of Debt
If anyone owes you money, then you need to document the circumstances. If you do not have an agreement in writing, attempting to agree the terms that were discussed (if any) at the time, may be almost impossible.
You do not want to hear the words "it wasn't a loan, he gave it to me" or "he promised he wouldn't ask for it back until 2010".
The deed has the ability to add a Guarantor (to guarantee the repayment of the debt).
