ClientProfile - bundle [CP]

Price:Free

ClientProfile is a questionnaire about a client, their family and business. Many of the questions may be answered from information held by a client's accountant or financial planner.

The answers inserted into a ClientProfile are then used to generate up to 34 client specific legal documents.

As the client matures and their circumstances change (eg marriage, additional children, new company), simply amend the ClientProfile and regenerate or generate the required document.

If the law changes, usually no change to a ClientProfile is required (since all relevant information concerning the parties to a document, such as a SMSF or Trust Deed, have not changed) and generate the required document, in a matter of minutes.

The more ClientProfile questions answered, the greater the number of documents that may be generated. Current documents include:

1. one or more Wills;
2. one or more Enduring Powers of Attorney;
3. one or more Enduring Powers of Guardianship / Advance Health Directions (for WA);
4. one or more Binding Death Benefits Nominations;
5. new Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF), Pension Payment Agreement, Binding Death Benefit Nominations;
6. updates to a SMSF, Pension Payment Agreement, Binding Death Benefit Nominations;
7. new family Discretionary Trusts and updates (including Bamford updates);
8. Shareholder and Unit Trust Agreements;
9. Buy/Sell Agreements (self insured); and
10. a comprehensive range of business policies and procedures.

The client ClientProfile is divided into 14 sections (pages) each dealing with specific aspects of both family and business:

1. Introduction;
2. The client(s);
3. Professional advisers;
4. Insurances;
5. Superannuation information;
6. Business and business structures;
7. Assets;
8. Debtors and creditors;
9. Executors of the estate;
10. Non family beneficiaries;
11. Default beneficiaries;
12. Beneficiaries omitted from the Will;
13. Burial instructions;
14. Jurisdiction.
