Superannuation - Bare Trustee, Variation of Bare Trustee from individuals to a corporate trustee
Use this document to change the Bare/Security Trustee from individuals to a corporate trustee.
Please remember that in Western Australia the property is registered in the name(s) of the Bare Trustee. A Landgate T2 will also need to be signed and lodged by the parties as well as a Declaration of Trust to evidence the change in the Bare Trustee.
