Letters of Demand
The process is both fast and easy to complete.
We ask you for details of the person/company that owes your business money (called the debtor). What is the debtors full name, the dates of the individual invoices that you are seeking to have paid, the amount due in each invoice and the last date upon which you want the total of those amounts paid.
You may either choose to have one of our solicitors send this letter of demand on their Firm's letter head (this is Letter of Demand sent by a Solicitor) or you may choose to save money and send it on your own letter head (this is Letter of Demand sent by your business).
It is our opinion that once a debtor receives a letter of demand from a Lawyer, they are more likely to act on that letter and either pay or contact you to arrange payment over time. Hopefully this will be the case with you.
