Discretionary Trust - variation that allows for the appointment of any of the Trustee, Appointor (and Guardian if relevant) upon the death of a sole Trustee, Appointor and Guardian.
This document does not allow the appointment of more than 1 Trustee, Appointor or Guardian. This can be achieved by another template can be used once this document has been signed.
This document does not allow for the appointment of a corporate trustee, simply an individual trustee in place of the deceased. If a corporate trustee is required, then another template can be used once this document has been signed.
