REPLACEMENT OF TRUSTEE
Use this Deed to appoint or replace one or more of the Trustees of a Discretionary Trust.
Before you complete this Form, you will need to know certain details. You will find these details in the original Deed of Trust (including the date of the Deed, the Trustee, the Appointor and their addresses). Needless to say you will also require the information (full name and address, or corporate name, ACN and address) of the Trustee being replaced or the new Trustee.
