Discretionary Trust - the appointment of an Appointor/Guardian
Use this Deed to change the Appointor of your Trust. This may be the resignation of an Appointor or the appointment of a new one by the existing Appointor(s). You need to know certain details before you complete this document including:
- the date that the Trust was created;
- the Settlor of the Trust;
- the original trustee(s) of the Trust;
- the current trustee(s);
- the original Appointor(s) of the Trust;
- the current Appointor(s), if the Appointor(s) havealtered;
- who is/are to be the new Appointor(s).
