Confidentiality Agreement [CP]

The Confidentiality Agreement contains various terms and conditions that govern the relationship between a party that owns certain information and another party that is seeking access to that information. These terms include:
- definitions and interpretation used in the Confidentiality Agreement
- the reason why the party seeking access to the information, wants to do so
- a description of what information is to be accessed
- confidentiality and non disclosure provisions
- a clause that allows you to have the information returned to you as soon as you request the return of it, in writing
