Business Review Report
This document is to be used in association with a visit to a client by one of our staff.
The intention behind this Review is to ask the business owners a series of questions that allows the BMCA representative to identify issues within the business.
Our primary focus is on:
- the business owners, Wills, EPA's, Self Managed Superannuation;
- business structuring documentation including Shareholder Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Trusts, Constitutions;
- HR documents/processes;
- IT systems and processes;
- Insurance (or lack of it);
- financial and accounting systems;
- business planning (including both financial and marketing plans);
- market focus and growth strategies
to mention a few matters to be discussed and addressed.
