Application for Employment
This Application Form contains the various questions that your business needs to ask a prospective employee (the Applicant). Questions asked by this Form include (but are not all of the questions asked)
- the contact details of the Applicant and the next of kin of Applicant
- the employment history of the Applicant
- the education of the Applicant
- any relevant medical conditions of the Applicant
- the type of work the Applicant is looking for
Recent changes (June 2006) to the Workplace Relations Act mean that the employer needs to obtain specific information concerning their employees to enable the required records to be maintained.
This form does exactly that.
