- A comprehensive clause concerning how and who may end the Distribution Agreement and in what circumstances. We have a clause that details a minimum twelve sales figures (that you specify) that the Distributor is to meet, or a failure to meet gives the Principal the right to end the Agreement
- Confidentiality and non disclosure provisions
- Defaults of Distributor, Employees and Associates
- Disputes Concerning Monies Due or Payable
- Warranties and Undertakings
- A standard Force Majeure clause
- Dispute Resolution is to be by mediation
