We ask for details of the executors, beneficiaries as well as residuary/alternate beneficiaries.
Depending on the age of the children, the Willmaker may select a Guardian for their children. Choices of the Guardian are � a single Guardian, a single Guardian and nominated successor(s), Joint Guardians or Joint Guardians and nominated successor.
Testamentary trusts for the children, are standard (but not mandatory).
