Order Now;The Agency Agreement contains various terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Agent and the Principal including
- Definitions and Interpretation used in the Agency Agreement
- Appointment of the Agent, whether the Agent is to be a sole agent or one of many

- The duties of the Agent, including such matters as promoting the product/service, advertising, record keeping, reporting to the Principal
- The rights and duties of the Principal including providing the Agent with samples and backup
- Various matters concerning the Agent's commission, including when paid, dispute resolution, commissions on termination of the agency
- A comprehensive clause concerning how and who may end the Agency Agreement and in what circumstances. We have a clause that details a minimum three sales figures (that you specify) that the Agent is to meet, or a failure to meet gives the Principal the right to end the Agreement
- Confidentiality and non disclosure provisions
- Defaults of Agent, Employees and Associates
- Disputes Concerning Monies Due or Payable
- Warranties and Undertakings
- A standard Force Majeure clause
- Dispute Resolution is to be by mediation
Please ensure that you read the terms of the agreement to make sure that you not only understand them, but also that they meet with your approval. The circumstances of every contract or negotiation are unique, so changes may have to be made.
If the terms and conditions contained in the agreement do not meet with your approval, they can be easily changed. All that you need do is contact us and arrange for one of our solicitors to make your changes.
